Boss Naari

About us

At Boss Naari, we’re more than a group of professionals, we’re a collective of women who care deeply about the emotional lives of other women. From therapy rooms to design meetings, everything we build is rooted in empathy, cultural understanding, and a shared mission: to make mental health care feel less clinical and more human.

Meet the team

Dnyanada Madan
Founder, Neuroscientist & Counsellor

Dnyanada is a neuroscientist and certified counsellor who spent 9 years living in Germany, Switzerland and Netherlands. Her vision for Boss Naari was born from a deep realisation: while mental health care is becoming more visible, it often lacks cultural relevance for Indian women.

With her scientific grounding and lived experience navigating care across continents, Dnyanada set out to bridge the cultural care gap – building a space that offers therapy which is both clinically sound and emotionally attuned to the unique challenges of Indian womanhood.

Mandira Mishra, PhD

Thanya A.U.
Clinical Psychologist

Thanya holds an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology and is registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India. With over three years of experience, her work focuses on the connection between emotions, attachment, and the mind-body relationship.

Using an integrative and compassionate approach, she helps clients explore emotional patterns, relationship dynamics, and self-understanding. Thanya believes therapy is a space to reconnect with yourself and build a life that feels authentic and balanced.
